A highly successful and rapidly growing company in online advertising technology, our client provides leading advertisers and agencies with the ability to create, deliver and report on all forms of digital marketing across desktop, tablet and mobile and all digital channels inc. dynamic ads, video and rich media, paid and natural search, affiliate marketing and social media. 

About the Role

The right candidate is bright, tenacious, loves to bring in business – generating leads, converting qualified prospects into opportunities and working collaboratively with colleagues to close new business.


Generating leads
Setting up and attending meetings with potential new clients either alone or with colleagues
A close eye for detail closing business and negotiating rates and contracts - with Cross-selling and up-selling - seeking out opportunities to increase revenue and wider uptake of products and services
Being able to communicate the full range of ad serving and tracking solutions clearly and concisely from a marketing perspective and showing expertise and gravitas on the online advertising ecosystem
Collaborating with management to ensure an effective new business strategy including the tactics/actions that will deliver the end goal – and making sure the actions are carried out


Considerable professional sales experience in digital marketing/ad tech
Highly autonomous and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment. 
An understanding of the full digital landscape from display, PPC, SEO, Affiliates including tracking and data analytics
Comprehensive knowledge of Demand Side Platforms and programmatic marketing and its place in the online advertising ecosystem including Data Management Platforms, Viewability and Fraud Detection systems, Attribution solutions.
A strong understanding of how advertiser / agency ad server technology works within the digital eco-system
Industry presence, experience and contacts to enable full potential of sales growth.
Energetic, persistent and organised; able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-moving environment and capable of coming up with creative strategies to achieve targets. 

Competitive basic salary, plus commission
