Commercial Director - Brand Solutions – £95k
Leading digital media owner is looking for a Commercial Director to join their busy team based in London.
As Commercial director your confidence and knowledge will enable you to manage the Digital strategy / Innovation and ensure an integrated relationship with both agencies and Clients. The is a management and a revenue generating role.
• Directly manage the brand solutions Sales team and work closely with the Creative director to produce world clash work for clients
• Build relationships with Agency Business directors, strategic planners and Marketing Directors
• Understand individual Agency workings/needs and client business objectives and relate this to solutions
• Responsible for all Agency Group revenue and overall growth Development of underperforming clients and products/Channels
• Work closely with product heads, specialist directors and MM lead to ensure agencies are serviced correctly
• Seniority and knowledge to engage with C-level to strategic planners and Marketing Directors
• Good Knowledge and experience in Digital, brand solutions and how to get money from agencies
• Proven ‘pitch’ ability and wider market understanding (TV, Outdoor, Pure Play Digital etc.).
• Understanding of Agency workings/needs and ability to understand Client business objectives and relate this to media/marketing solutions
• Proven track record in developing new/improved revenue streams either via clients or agencies
• Working knowledge of digital technical and current/future market developments.
Ability to manage multiple projects/people simultaneously in a fast-paced
• Environment Must be analytical, organized and produce high-quality work
A good working understanding of core industry research and data tools
• Excellent communication and management skills and the ability to work strategically with internal and external
