Our client, a first class software platform, is on the hunt for an experienced Account Director with an international outlook to retain and grow client accounts. As the Account Director you will build relationships with European clients, ensuring that you understand their business and the challenges they are looking to solve. To be successful you will need a strong background in account management and some experience working within the SaaS-space.

• Manage client accounts.

• 3+ years account management experience
• Digital Marketing industry experience required.
• Experience working within SaaS.
• Experience with managing enterprise level relationships.
• Outstanding customer relationship skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Zendesk.com, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
