Account Director of Sales - £50k - £55k + Comm/Dubai

Our client, colossal media concessionaires in the MENA region with a solid reputation as the ‘multi-media, multi-market’ Sole Concessionaires; for leading international and regional media conglomerates spanning the far reaches of the globe. 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Director of Sales role within the organisation. 

As a confident and strong communicator you will represent major premium international media partners.

Your passion and tenacity to succeed and develop the role will enable you to drive the business forward.

You will be selling to agencies and brands direct, across multiple different platforms and media brands.

This will be both sales and account management with many leading global brands

The Role:

• Selling to agencies and brands direct, across multiple different platforms and media brands
• Develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline, consistent with company strategy and priorities
• Meet revenue goals according to sales plan
• Be a respected and trusted advisor to the clients and agencies
• Develop an understanding of the range of products and services and use these to tailor solutions to clients’ challenges
• Display a thorough understanding of clients’ business strategy and challenges
• Identify and understand prospects’ need and position solutions to meet expectations.

Skills:

• Previous experience in media sales, media landscape and ideally, international sales
• Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed client expectations and achieve business goals
• Demonstrated ability to develop lasting, consultative relationships based on value and trust
• Prior experience in online/digital sales or service with a solid understanding of the digital landscape
• Proven sales track record
• Strategic marketing or digital solution experience in account management/client services
• Ability to understand programmatic
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal management and external clients and stakeholders
• Industry experience required focused on building strategic relationships
• Strong communicator and strong presentation skills
