Global Performance Director – £75k - £80k

Innovative digital communications agency is looking for a vivacious Global Performance Director to join their dynamic team in London.

With strong communication and leadership skills you will work with teams across the network. You will work on key position KPIs including client satisfaction, growth, retention and wins across the network.
Your knowledge with multi market account and team leadership experience and success is essential, along with experience in all forms of performance marketing with the main competence being in Search.

The Role:

• Oversee and monitor client status, satisfaction and growth on the agency’s largest accounts
• Develop, define and activate multi market accounts best practices and corporate strategy in terms of leadership, proactive service and collaborative practices that drive marketing performance and account growth, and excel both globally and locally
• Lead and work on specific accounts where leadership and coordination is required to drive engagement growth and success
• Drive the strategic agenda from a performance/activation perspective with special focus on paid and organic search
• Own the strategic development for digital including cross channel integration and measurement
• Establish and manage senior level relationships with key clients and agency partners on designated global accounts
• Develop approaches and practices that drive organic growth (cross sell existing services, sell new services, expand into new markets) and that can be leveraged globally and locally
• Independently leads performance and strategy presentations
• Solves client problems and uses conflict management skills within a professional environment
• Embraces and encourages a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
• Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet clients’ business objectives
• Drives adoption of account management best practices by example setting, positive reinforcement and behavioral correction
• Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members
• Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports
• Lead and work on designated and priority multi market pitches, both Performics and Agency partner-led
• Help develop and define global, multi market accounts, new business best practices against both Performics and Agency partner-led opportunities

Skills:

• Previous experience in a Director or equivalent role in the digital media space
• Previous experience of combined campaign activation and account management experience in Search engine marketing, agency experience preferred
• Previous experience of demonstrated success in managing and leading people
• Proven success in stakeholder management
• Proven experience in delivering clear, strategic presentations to C-level marketing executives
• Experience in leading and growing multi market engagements
• Experience in the CPG category is desirable
