Ad Ops Executive - £30k

Top digital content provider is looking for a dynamic Ad Ops Executive to join their vibrant and passionate team.

As a highly experienced and talented Ad Operations Executive you will work alongside the Head of Advertising Operations.

With strong communication and a proactive nature will enable you to work in a fast-paced, high pressure sales environment and demonstrate the ability to communicate with all levels of the sales team and management.

The Role:

• Campaigns set up, execution and management on Timeout’s responsive website and iPad/mobile apps
• Check inventory forecast for campaign bookings
• Ensure all campaigns are monitored and optimized to achieve the best results
• Provide advice, support and consultancy to the sales team and their clients (advertis-ers/agencies) regarding campaign delivery
• Generate post campaign reports
• Generate weekly under-delivery reports to ensure under delivery on campaigns is kept to a minimum
• Liaise with sales people to ensure client is aware of campaign status and any poten-tial issues
• Be competent in DFP Premium trafficking and reporting
• Respond to ad hoc queries from ad sales and product management team
• Traffic all rich media, HTML, JavaScript and Flash, and provide back up on day to day trafficking functions
• Work closely with Finance to ensure that revenue is recognised accurately
• Programmatic/RTB experience required, ideally AdX, to help develop strategies to increase performance and site monetization
• Work closely with the developer team to recommend revenue maximizing ad
• units/opportunities
