A growing and innovative Ad- Tech company is looking for a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join and drive a highly effective Agency Sales team. As a member of the team, you will be accountable for driving commercial objectives and delivering growth across digital and/or mobile. The role requires someone who very hands on, leads by example with a strong advertising sales background and preferably an understanding of RTB and Ad- technologies. • Selling to UK agencies
• Tracking activity within the team through the sales life cycle to ensure the highest standards are maintained
• Building and establishing relationships with all agency clients in your space by conducting face-to-face client and agency meetings
• Creating and utilizing long-term strategic plans on each key agency
• Ensure that revenue targets are met
• Build brand loyalty
• Negotiate Sales contracts
• Stay up to date with the digital
• 4+ years background in selling advertising solutions (digital or mobile)
• Good UK Ad Agency contacts
• Preferably an understanding of RTB and mobile
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership skills.
