Commercial Director – Agency Group £115k + Bonus
Leading multi-platform digital media business is looking for a heavy hitter to head up a huge piece of agency business.
The successful candidate will have the confidence, ability and knowledge to manage the Sales Hub, ensuring an integrated relationship with the Agency Group and their constituent agencies/clients – Best in class solutions are required!
• Directly manage Sales team within your group
• Build relationships with Agency Business directors, planners and Marketing Directors
• Understand individual Agency workings/needs and client business objectives and relate this to solutions
• Responsible for all Agency revenue and overall growth Development of low spending clients
• GADs will work closely with product heads, specialist directors and MM lead to ensure agencies are serviced correctly and TMG revenue lines are maximised
• Main customer focus: Agency Business Directors (Agency) and strategic planners KPI: Relationships, Group Revenue growth
• Seniority and knowledge to engage with Board level to strategic planners and Marketing Directors.
• Digital expert with some Print experience
• Proven ‘pitch’ ability and wider market understanding, cross media
• Understanding of Agency workings/needs and ability to understand Client business objectives and relate this to media/marketing solutions
• Proven track record in developing new/improved revenue streams either via clients or agencies
• Working knowledge of digital technical and current/future market developments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/people simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A good working understanding of core industry research and data tools
• Excellent communication and management skills and the ability to work strategically with internal and external stakeholders
