Head of Sales - c 100k + Comms & Bonus
Top digital media agency is looking for a highly proactive Head of Sales to join their dynamic team in London.
You will strategically create agency relationships and revenue opportunities for the company, generating new direct revenue streams and spear-heading team business development. Senior agency contacts and a min. 6 years digital media experience are essential, together with management skills and a proven background in developing sales teams and revenues.
This is a hands-on role, and will include direct revenue-earning responsibilities alongside managing and leading the sales team.
• Build and own senior agency relationships which create revenue opportunities for the company
• Identify, qualify, pitch and close opportunities for the company products & services with designated agencies
• Deliver annual agency sales strategy by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Understand the company’s competitive advantages and a client’s business requirements to create and deliver new business pitches
• Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities including forecasting monthly and quarterly revenues
• Communicate on-going sales activities through sales pipeline reports and regular sales meetings
• Working with the team to improve their sales skills and abilities
• Work with internal stakeholders to follow up on new business leads and ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns
