Our candidates are usually bi-lingual, often multi-lingual and have between one and twenty years media / sales experience (although we also place bi-lingual graduate trainees for many clients).
Our International recruitment spans most industries but we have been particularly successful in placing International candidates with backgrounds from IT / Telecomms, Finance, Pharmaceutical and Energy market sectors.
The majority of International roles we fill require candidates to be based in the UK with varying degrees of International travel. However, we do also recruit for positions which require employees to be based in another country. Our candidates may already be based in these countries or they may be looking to re-locate.
Many of our International clients like to conduct a skype or telephone interview with our candidates before deciding on a short-list for face to face interviews. We are happy to co-ordinate this.
We also offer the use of our interview rooms and facilities or if preferred, we can co-ordinate meetings in hotels.
Whereas face-to-face meeting are always preferred, we understand this may not be possible in the short-term for some International clients. Fortunately, our track-record and understanding of international recruitment allows us to speedily initiate recruitment procedures via telephone / Skype conversations and e-mail.
