A growing, profitable, innovative, market leading, online sporting portal / Tech company (established for over 10 years) ) is looking for a Global head of Programmatic to join their successful team. As a key member of the team you will be accountable for managing ad operations and programmatic sales, what tech to use and commercial relationships with Trading desks. The role requires someone who can manage a team of 10, is very hands on, leads by example, with a strong digital advertising background and a good understanding of programmatic, Ad- technologies and the best tech out there. The Role
- Develop and implement a programmatic sales strategy
- Develop and manage relationships internally with the product and development teams. Agency Trading desks, publishers and 3rd party DSP’s
- Manage internal stakeholders within the product and engineering teams
- Keep up to date with the market
- Work closely with the Head of Dev, Product and VP of sales / President
- Help build agency trading desks facing data products

- You will know the programmatic landscape inside out and the best tech to maximise sales and customer experience within the ecosystem
- Excellent man manager, who can drive revenue through trading desks and lead a much bigger ops team
