A fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial and dynamic Business Director to join a leading media agency. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for media strategy, client leadership, and innovative thinking. You will have a deep understanding of key digital channels and a proven track record of delivering holistic communications strategies from conception through to execution.

Key Responsibilities : 

Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across all levels of client organizations.

Strategic Media Planning: Develop and oversee integrated media strategies, encompassing traditional paid media, all paid digital channels, and owned/earned media.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class media experiences, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Project Management: Guide campaigns and projects from briefing to execution, ensuring excellence at every stage.

Channel Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert in digital channels while maintaining proficiency in traditional media, seamlessly integrating various platforms to achieve client goals.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Strong hands-on experience in key digital channels, including programmatic, social, and search platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy comprehensive communications strategies across multiple media formats.
• Proven track record in client servicing and relationship management.
• Expertise in strategic media planning with the ability to adapt strategies to meet client needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
