- Job Role:Paid Social Account Director
About the Company:
Our company is unlike any other agency. The distinction began on the day we founded in 2005 when we chose our company name after a bar, but more significantly, it began when we vowed to operate differently.
Our company, from our people to our products, to our planning, is governed by our freedom ideology. It entails that we can plan and purchase media in the ways that we see fit, develop our careers as we see fit, take vacations as we see fit, develop tools as we need them, give people a platform to speak up, ask questions, and express themselves freely, but more importantly, it has enabled us to build an amazing workplace.
Named to the Sunday Times Top 100 list of best companies to work for the ninth year in a row in 2021, and for the second consecutive year, Campaign named us the best media firm to work for.
The Role:
The right candidate for this position will blend in with the culture of our company. They will exhibit traits like positivity, participation, self-assurance, friendliness, initiative, competition, inquisitiveness, creativity, veracity, consistency, and self-discipline.
A motivated Paid Social Account Manager with three or more years of experience is what we are searching for.
The chosen applicant will become a member of our expanding Paid Social team and oversee planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on activity on numerous social media sites, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat.
Requirements:
- You will have complete ownership of client relationships from a Paid Social perspective, acting as an escalation point for senior client stakeholders
- Delivering against client objectives and exceed them with a proactive, can-do attitude and desire to provide best-in-class paid social activation and analysis.
- Project managing the output of junior team members ensuring the highest possible standards are met.
- Managing, overseeing, and guiding any communication to clients from junior members of the team on accounts you manage, ensuring timely response and clear, consistent communication.
- Developing paid social plans and recommendations that maximise performance and contribute to award winning work.
- Working with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign activity.
- Building and optimising campaigns with the highest level of attention to detail.
- Managing existing paid social campaigns with best practice application.
- Using advanced excel formulas to develop ad-hoc reporting solutions, streamlined for ease of use and understanding within the wider team for handovers.
- Planning and building reporting solutions, either independently or with the guidance of senior team members.
- Providing meaningful and insightful analysis that really makes a difference to our clients’ businesses.
- Presenting strategy, plans and post-campaign analysis to clients.
- Immersing yourself within your clients’ business sectors, to identify key opportunities and areas for growth.
- Staying up to date with the latest social advertising technologies, targeting & creative options (and knowing how to make best use of them).
- Ensuring new opportunities are identified and taken advantage of, such as the trialling of new features or strategic refinement.
- Planning A/B tests with clear goals, measurement, and a logical approach to ensure statistical significance and trustworthy insights with results kept in an updated record
