Job summary
This role within the digital team reports to the Head of Broadcast in London for day to day management and represents an opportunity to closely support all sales teams for campaign creation and management. They will provide digital ad ops support for the international sales teams and maintain our mission to provide 1st class and responsive support for all ad operation reporting and management. This role could also grow into a sales role should the candidate desire.
Main Responsibilities
• To set up digital campaigns in for all sales teams, along with colleagues
• To test creative provided by clients and agencies prior to putting campaigns live on the digital platforms.
• To provide regular campaign reports through various ad tech platforms and on an adhoc basis to the global sales teams.
• To monitor and provide weekly reports on underperforming and under delivering campaigns, and optimizing where necessary.
• To monitor existing campaigns in IAS for viewability performance and adjust where necessary.
• Meet agency with senior management and help performance of campaigns
Skills
• ideally 6 months - 1 years’ experience in media preferably from a media owner or digital agency background.
• Can be a fresh Grad or School leaver
• A comprehensive and current understanding of the digital / Broadcast ad ecosystem.
• Highly numerate with excellent oral and written skills
• Fluent/Native English speaker with Spanish a benefit
• Preferable knowledge of digital analytics software such as Adobe Analytics
• Confident and assertive whilst being diplomatic and can cope well under pressure
• Happy to work in a small team where adaptability and enthusiasm are key
