Programmatic Platform Client Solutions Manager – Italian Speaking (London Based.)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an outgoing, talented and experienced Italian Speaking Programmatic Client Solutions Manager to join our client’s established DSP platform solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing their Italian -speaking clients, driving adoption of new platform functionality, and ensuring client success through effective training, onboarding, and ongoing support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Promote the adoption of new platform features and introduce new inventory and data sources to Italian-speaking clients.

Manage day-to-day DSP trading requests from agency partners, ensuring efficient operations.

Lead the DSP Customer Training & Onboarding program, facilitating continuous client knowledge growth and support.

Foster trusted relationships with clients and serve as an authority on DSP technology.

Communicate optimization strategies and performance insights effectively to clients at all levels.

Establish and share client best practices, recommend tools, and develop scalable processes to enhance customer relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot client issues and escalate when necessary.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Proven experience in programmatic advertising, preferably within a DSP environment.

Strong understanding of DSP technology, optimization strategies, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Willingness to travel occasionally and work in a hybrid remote/in-office environment.
