Our client is a leading digital ad network specializing in premium video offerings with high click-through rates (CTRs) and highly engaged audiences. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Sales Lead to join their team and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
Position Overview:
As the Agency Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our client's relationships with top advertising agencies. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth by leveraging our premium video inventory and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled value from their advertising campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to deliver best-in-class solutions to our agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth from agency partners, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Build and Maintain Agency Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within advertising agencies. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our client's premium video offerings.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand our client's presence within the agency landscape. Proactively seek out new agency partners and develop strategies to win new business.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to create compelling sales propositions, develop marketing materials, and ensure seamless campaign execution for agency clients.
Monitor and Report on Performance: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency sales, preferably within the digital advertising or ad tech industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong Industry Network: Established relationships with key contacts within advertising agencies and a deep understanding of the agency landscape in London and the UK.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients at all levels.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions that align with agency needs and drive business growth.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results in a highly competitive market.
