Job Title: Senior International Sales Manager – CTV Solutions

This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the rapidly growing CTV industry, working with a market leader renowned for their innovation and impact.
The Role
As Senior International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling cutting-edge AdTech and CTV solutions into the International Desks of leading UK-based media agencies, with a primary focus on Omnicom and Publicis. You will leverage your deep understanding of the media landscape and existing relationships with key decision-makers to identify opportunities, build strong partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue from International Desks at UK media agencies, focusing on Omnicom and Publicis.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with senior stakeholders within these agencies.
- Identify client needs and provide innovative CTV and adtech solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in adtech and CTV solution sales. You will bring a combination of strategic thinking, a consultative approach, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience selling adtech or CTV solutions.
- Proven success working with International Desks at UK-based media agencies, particularly Omnicom and Publicis.
- Strong network and established relationships with senior decision-makers in media agencies.
- Deep understanding of the CTV and programmatic advertising landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage complex sales cycles, and drive deals to completion.
