Senior Broadcast & CTV Sales Planning Lead

One of the most respected AdTech businesses in the CTV space is looking for a commercially-minded, creative thinker to lead a newly created function at the intersection of sales planning, sponsorship strategy, and market intelligence. We’re after someone who understands the broadcaster world—someone who knows how to package up existing products into compelling, commercially viable solutions that drive revenue and cut through.

This is a strategic role focused on enabling the sales team with impactful sponsorship packages, sharp narratives, and smart insights.

The Role:

  • Own the development of integrated sponsorship packages that combine existing products into bespoke, revenue-generating solutions.
  • Build concise and compelling go-to-market materials that resonate with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Help shape our market and competitive intelligence program—uncovering insights that sharpen our commercial edge.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and strategy teams to align messaging and deliver consistent value across touchpoints.
  • Act as the storytelling lead—translating complex propositions into simple, memorable messaging that sticks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Background in broadcast or CTV, ideally with hands-on experience building sponsorship packages or integrated media solutions.
  • Strong commercial instinct with a knack for turning existing inventory into new, client-ready concepts.
  • A strategic storyteller—able to distill and articulate offerings with clarity and brevity.
  • Experience leading or supporting competitive and market analysis programs.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing senior stakeholders, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
