Sales Manager (OOH) – Retail Media

About the Role

Our client, a leading name in retail media, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (OOH) to join their team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth within the out-of-home (OOH) advertising space, with a particular emphasis on airport advertising. The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of OOH media sales experience and have a proven ability to sell into both brands and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at brands and advertising agencies.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize revenue opportunities within the OOH advertising sector, focusing on retail and airport environments.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, leveraging industry knowledge and insights to secure new business.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver innovative and tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the OOH advertising landscape.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in OOH media sales, ideally with a focus on airport advertising.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the OOH advertising ecosystem, including agency and brand relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
