Our client, a prestigious Big Four firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Services Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, providing financial due diligence and helping them make informed decisions around M&A.Key Responsibilities:- Financial Due Diligence: Lead and support financial due diligence engagements, working across various sectors to provide insightful and strategic advice to clients.
- Data Interpretation & Analysis: Utilize your strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and construct tailored solutions for clients.
- Cost Management & Reporting: Monitor and manage costs, ensuring the project is delivered on budget. Track and report on recovery rates, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Work Stream Delivery: Take ownership of large sections or full work streams, managing them from end-to-end, ensuring efficient delivery and high-quality output.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. Collaborate with different areas of the business to add value and contribute to the firm's growth.
- Financial Analysis: Produce detailed financial analysis, ensuring it meets high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Team Support & Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members by reviewing their work, ensuring the delivery of accurate results, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Client & Advisor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and advisors, managing day-to-day communications and maintaining strong relationships.
Skills & Experience Required:- Strong academic and numerate background (ACA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable).
- Extensive experience in managing advisory or transaction-related engagements.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and develop actionable solutions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce robust financial analysis.
- Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to review and guide the work of others in the team.
