Job Title: Head of Programmatic Sales
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Programmatic Sales to join our client's team, a renowned global broadcaster with a rich history and expansive reach. As the Programmatic Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving programmatic revenue across the full spectrum of the company’s digital channels, including Connected TV (CTV), Mobile, YouTube, Desktop, and more. Your efforts will focus on leveraging programmatic buying opportunities both within the UK and across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maximize programmatic revenue across all digital platforms, including CTV, Mobile, YouTube, Desktop and others.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with programmatic buying points, including agencies, trading desks, and direct clients, ensuring the company’s digital inventory is top of mind.
- Market Expansion: Drive programmatic sales efforts both in the UK and across the EMEA region, identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery, optimizing performance and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data insights and analytics to inform sales strategies, ensuring a targeted approach to driving revenue and client success.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Work closely with other sales teams, product development, and marketing to ensure alignment across all digital channels and a cohesive approach to market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a programmatic sales role, ideally within a broadcaster, media company, or digital platform.
- In-depth understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth across multiple digital channels, including CTV, Mobile, YouTube, and Desktop.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UK and EMEA digital advertising landscapes.
