As the business continues its meteoric rise, they are expanding their commercial team, opening up an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join their London office.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Account Director to be the face of our client’s organization in front of all Publicis Agencies. This role is crucial in representing the breadth of our client’s market-leading solutions, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across Publicis.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within Publicis agencies, ensuring our client’s solutions remain top of mind.
Business Development: Act as a natural hunter for new business opportunities, consistently striving to open up new avenues across the Publicis group.
Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts with a strategic approach, leveraging your understanding of the digital media and programmatic landscape to drive revenue growth.
Solution Development: Employ creativity and innovation to develop new advertising solutions tailored to client needs, unlocking new business potential.
Client Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact for Publicis agencies, embodying our client’s values and commitment to excellence.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital agency sales or programmatic sales.
Proven track record of success in a similar role within the advertising industry.
Strong existing relationships and networks within Publicis agencies.
Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape and digital advertising solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly sociable, with the ability to maintain a consistent presence and influence with clients.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
