Your chance to join a dedicated, passionate and accessible media team. We are looking for a highly talented, ambitious Digital Planner/Buyer with a minimum of 3 years in a digital media role who will be willing to fully get under the skin of our clients’ business and help come up with media solutions.

Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

  • Manage the client relationship for all digital matters
  • Be an expert in your client’s industry, the competitors within the sector and their general industry environment

Strategy and Planning Servicing

  • You will be well versed in taking briefs from, and presenting back to clients
  • You will demonstrate an ability to write digital strategies incorporating all channels
  • You will be able to recommend and set appropriate KPIs
  • You will have experience of planning and buying brand and sales-driven campaigns
  • You will have a thorough understanding of the digital media market including platform innovations
  • You will maintain strong relationships with digital media suppliers and keep abreast of all the latest innovations in the industry
  • You will have a entrepreneurial mindset and desire to test new things and push clients forward.

Campaign Management and Performance

  • Brief and manage the channel specialists ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard and that it is aligned to the client’s digital strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and their capabilities from a buying and planning perspective
  • Ensure the reporting schedule is set out and adhered to throughout the campaign life cycle
  • Assist on client calls and meetings for digital

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Motivated and conscientious, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a digital media role, preferably at an agency currently operating in a Digital Buyer/Planner role.
  • You will have a solid understanding of all digital media channels; Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, PPC & Affiliates. Awareness of Influencer marketing would also be a benefit.
  • Be thorough and accurate in reviewing and delivery of work, attention to detail is a key requirement
  • Ability to work on multiple projects effectively under short time pressures.
  • Knowledge and experience is required for the following systems: DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Prisma, Google Analytics, Advanced Excel and Powerpoint.
