Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager / Account Director to join this dynamic, forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will live and breathe AdTech, with a strong understanding of creative advertising, contextual targeting, and campaign performance. You will be the key point of contact for leading agency clients, specifically Dentsu, leveraging your deep relationships and track record of success to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, particularly Dentsu and its associated brands.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and business growth.
- Understand client needs and translate them into creative, high-impact ad solutions that maximize campaign performance.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting new clients within Dentsu.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with internal teams to develop bespoke creative ad solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the creative studios and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-performing, innovative ad units and campaigns.
- Strategic Planning & Account Management:
- Develop account strategies to expand existing relationships and grow overall revenue.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing insights with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the latest technological advancements and creative opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing detailed reports to clients and ensuring their goals are met.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative studios, product development, and campaign managers, to deliver best-in-class service and innovative advertising solutions.
- Contribute to cross-functional brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table to enhance product offerings.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven track record in AdTech sales, with deep expertise in contextual advertising, creative ad solutions, and high-impact campaigns.
- Strong, established relationships with Dentsu and its client portfolio, with a history of driving revenue and building successful partnerships.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and solving challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

- Passionate about AdTech and digital advertising, staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
