About Our Client:
Our client is a global leader in AdTech, offering contextual-first targeting and high-impact, engaging formats across omnichannel platforms, including display, video, mobile, and CTV. They are pioneers in delivering innovative advertising solutions, ensuring that brands connect effectively with their audiences.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director to join our client’s team in Manchester. This is a high-visibility, strategic role responsible for driving and expanding the business with agencies based outside of London. As the Regional Sales Director, you will play a critical part in building our client’s presence and revenue in the North, overseeing all aspects of sales strategy and execution in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share across the North of the UK.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key agency partners, understanding their needs and delivering tailored AdTech solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio within the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure the delivery of best-in-class services and solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking to further build brand presence in the region.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and regional developments to the senior leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within AdTech, media, or digital advertising industries.
  • Strong experience working with media agencies, with an established network of contacts outside of London.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and growing a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Manchester, with the ability to travel within the region as required.
